Concordia Students’ Association is welcoming a TED Talk presenter for a FREE speaking engagement at Concordia University College of Alberta on March 5th at 4:15 in HA017. This event is open to Concordia students and staff. Please bring your ticket, as seating is limited.

Kevin Breel is bringing his honest and powerful message about mental wellness to Concordia on March 5th. Kevin (www.kevinbreel.com) is currently doing a tour of North American colleges and universities to bring awareness to mental health issues in response to the overwhelming success of his TED talk, which has more than one million views (http://www.ted.com/talks/kevin_breel_confessions_of_a_depressed_comic.html).
Kevin Breel is a 20 year old writer, comic, and mental health activist whose Ted Talk quickly went viral. His infusion of humor into a sensitive topic area has garnered him features on MTV and The Huffington Post.

Let’s all gather in Tegler at noon on the last day of classes over a free cup of hot coco and candy canes to soak in the spirit of Christmas.

Everyone wearing Christmas themed sweaters will receive a free candy cane, but the person who wins the title of “Ugliest Christmas sweater” will win a Christmas gift basket valued at $50!
